Abstract

Abstract. The aim of this research was describing of student's higher order thinking skills to solve physics problem on I lookc's law. The research has been implemented in students of XJ•h grade at Senior High School with IPA Major that selected by random sampling. The research step was dividing into 5 steps: I) preliminary, 2) planning, 3) implementation and observation, 4) analyze, and 5) conclusions. The methods of data collection by observation, tests, and questionaire. The results of this research describe that higher order thinking skills on analyzed component perscntage of 77° o on both problems with good category, evaluate component percentage of 75°0 in lirst problem and and 65°0 in second problem with qui le well category, and create component percentage of 55° e on both problems with quite well category.
