Abstract

Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) Penerapan strategi pembelajaran Group Process dan Behavioral Modification, (2) Perilaku indisipliner siswa dengan emotional disorders melalui penerapan strategi pembelajaran Group Process dan Behavioral Modification, dan (3) Implikasi penerapan strategi pembelajaran Group Process dan Behavioral Modification pada perilaku indisipliner siswa dengan emotional disorders (tunalaras) . Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan 1 subjek yang dipilih secara purposive sampling pada siswa kelas IV SDN Banjarjo yang merupakan siswa yang mengalami gangguan emosi dan perilaku (tunalaras). Objek penelitian ini adalah perilaku indisipliner siswa dengan emotional disorders (tunalaras) melalui penerapan strategi pembelajaran Group Process dan Behavioral Modification. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu observasi, wawancara tidak terstruktur, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil analisis data memperoleh kesimpulan bahwa: (1) Penerapan strategi pembelajaran Group Process dan Behavioral Modification yang dilakukan guru dalam pembelajaran sudah sesuai dengan langkah-langkah penerapan kedua strategi tersebut dengan baik, (2) Perilaku indisipliner yang biasanya dilakukan oleh siswa dengan emotional disorders (tunalaras) mengalami penurunan setelah diberikan aksi dengan penerapan strategi pembelajaran Group Process dan Behavioral Modification oleh guru, dan (3) Penerapan strategi pembelajaran Group Process dan Behavioral Modification memberikan dampak positif pada perilaku indisipliner siswa dengan emotional disorders (tunalaras). Kata Kunci: Strategi Pembelajaran, Proses Kelompok, Modifikasi Perilaku, Siswa dengan emotional disorders (tunalaras) , Gangguan Emosi. Abstract. This study aims to determine: (1) The application of Group Process and Behavioral Modification learning strategies, (2) The disciplinary behavior of students with emotional disorders through the application of Group Process and Behavioral Modification learning strategies, and (3) The implications of applying the Group Process and Behavioral Modification learning strategy on the disciplinary behavior of tunalaras students. This research is a qualitative descriptive study using 1 subject chosen by purposive sampling in class IV SDN Banjarjo students who are experiencing emotional and behavioral disorders (tunalaras). The object of this research is the students' disciplined behavior through the application of Group Process and Behavioral Modification learning strategies. Data collection techniques used were observation, unstructured interviews, and documentation. Data analysis conducted in this study was by data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing.The results of the data analysis concluded that: (1) The implementation of the Group Process and Behavioral Modification learning strategies by the teacher in learning was in accordance with the steps of applying the two strategies well, (2) The disciplinary behavior that is usually done by students with disabilities has decreased after action is given by applying the Group Process and Behavioral Modification learning strategy by the teacher, and (3) The application of the Group Process and Behavioral Modification learning strategy has a positive impact on the disciplined behavior of students with disabilities.
