Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui kesulitan guru dalam pemanfaatan media pembelajaran terhadap proses covid-19 di SDN 2 Tulakan. Penelitian ini di laksanakan pada bulan Januari-Juni di SDN 2 Tulakan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah dan guru di SDN 2 Tulakan. Metode pengumpulan datanya diperoleh dari hasil wawancara kepala sekolah dan 1 guru, angket kesulitan dan pemanfatan media diperoleh 3 guru, dokumentasi selama pengisian angket. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui 1) kesulitan-kesulitan yang dialami pemanfaatan media pembelajaran terhadap proses belajar di masa pandemi covid 19. 2) cara guru mengatasi kesulitan pemanfaatan media pembelajaran terhadap proses belajar di masa pandemi covid 19. Keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi sumber dan teknik. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik deskriptif kualitatif model Miles & Huberman, meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil analisis data menyimpulkan bahwa guru mengalami kesulitan dalam pemanfaatan media pembelajaran dimasa pandemi covid 19 saat ini. Kesulitan yang dialami guru antara lain seperti terbatasnya kemampuan guru penggunaan media pembelajaran seperti gadget dan laptop, terbatasnya fasilitas gadget yang ada kurang memadai untuk digunakan, sehingga penyampain pesan dan tujuan pembelajaran kurang tersampaikan dengan baik. Solusi untuk mengatasi guru kesulitan dalam pemanfaatan media pembelajaran dimasa pandemi covid 19 saat ini. Dari segi fasilitas kepala sekolah selalu memberikan informasi webinar, diklat online dan mencarikan bantuan dari Bos Afirmasi berupa tablet, bantuan paket data dari pemerintah. Jadi guru satu dengan guru lainnya dapat bekerja sama dan ada keinginan untuk menambah ilmu sendiri. Kata Kunci: Kesulitan Guru, Media Pembelajaran. ABSTRACT This research was conducted to find out the difficulties of teachers in using learning media for the COVID-19 process at SDN 2 Tulakan. This research was conducted in January-June at SDN 2 Tulakan. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative research. The subjects of this study were principals and teachers at SDN 2 Tulakan. The data collection method was obtained from the results of interviews with the principal and 1 teacher, a questionnaire on difficulties and the use of media obtained by 3 teachers, documentation during filling out the questionnaire. The purpose of this study was to find out 1) the difficulties experienced by the use of learning media in the learning process during the covid 19 pandemic. 2) how teachers overcome difficulties in using learning media in the learning process during the covid 19 pandemic. The validity of the data using triangulation of sources and techniques . The data analysis technique uses a qualitative descriptive technique using the Miles & Huberman model, including data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the data analysis concluded that teachers had difficulties in using learning media during the current COVID-19 pandemic. Difficulties experienced by teachers include the limited ability of teachers to use learning media such as gadgets and laptops, the limited existing gadget facilities are inadequate to use, so that the delivery of messages and learning objectives is not conveyed properly. The solution to overcome teachers' difficulties in using learning media during the current COVID-19 pandemic. In terms of facilities, the principal always provides webinar information, online training and seeks assistance from the Affirmation Boss in the form of tablets, data package assistance from the government. So one teacher with another teacher can work together and there is a desire to increase their own knowledge. Keywords: Teacher Difficulty, Learning Media.
