Abstract

ABSTRAK Agustri Wulandari. Pengembangan Media Pembelajaran Papan Congklak Matematika untuk Meningkatkan Pemahaman Konsep Matematis Siswa Kelas IV Sekolah Dasar. Skripsi. Pacitan: STKIP PGRI Pacitan, 2022. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan (1) prosedur pengembangan media pembelajaran papan congklak matematika; (2) tingkat kelayakan media pembelajaran papan congklak matematika; dan (3) peningkatan pemahaman siswa setelah menggunakan media papan congklak matematika. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan Researh and Development (R&D) menggunakan model pengembangan Borg ang Gall modifikasi Sugiyono. Produk diujicobakan kepada 13 siswa kelas IV sekolah dasar. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket, tes, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif terhadap data angket validasi ahli, angket respon siswa, dan tes pemahaman konsep matematis siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) media pembelajaran papan congklak matematika telah dikembangkan melalui 7 tahap, meliputi: (a) potensi dan masalah; (b) pengumpulan data; (c) desain produk; (d) validasi desain; (e) revisi desain; (f) uji coba produk; dan (g) revisi produk berdasarkan hasil validasi ahli, respon siswa, dan hasil uji coba kelompok besar; (2) hasil penilaian oleh ahli materi diperoleh rata-rata skor 3,85 dengan kategori “Valid”, oleh ahli media diperoleh rata-rata skor 4,6 dengan kategori “Sangat Valid”, oleh ahli pembelajaran diperoleh rata-rata skor 4,7 dengan kategori “Sangat Valid”. Sedangkan dari angket respon siswa diperoleh rata-rata skor 4,27 dengan kategori “Sangat Valid”. Dengan demikian media ini layak digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran; (3) media dapat meningkatkan pemahaman konsep siswa pada materi FPB dan KPK berdasarkan pencapaian ketuntatasan belajar secara klasikal yang meningkat sebesar 34,8%. This study aims to describe (1) the procedure for developing learning media for the mathematics congklak board; (2) the level of feasibility of the mathematics congklak board learning media; and (3) increasing students' understanding after using the mathematical congklak board media. This type of research is Research and Development (R&D) using the Borg & Gall development model modified by Sugiyono. The product was tested on 13 grade IV elementary school students. The data collection techniques were questionnaires, tests, and documentation. The data analysis was carried out using quantitative descriptive analysis of expert validation questionnaire data, student response questionnaires, and students' mathematical concept understanding tests. The results of the research showed that: (1) the learning media of the mathematics congklak board has been developed through 7 stages, including: (a) potential and problems; (b) data collection; (c) product design; (d) design validation; (e) design revision; (f) product trials; and (g) product revision based on the results of expert validation, student responses, and the results of large group trials; (2) the results of the assessment by material experts obtained an average score of 3.85 with the "Valid" category, by media experts, obtained an average score of 4.6 with the "Very Valid" category, by learning experts, obtained an average score of 4, 7 with the category "Very Valid". Meanwhile, from the students’ response questionnaire, an average score of 4.27 was obtained in the "Very Valid" category. Thus, this media is suitable to be used as a learning medium; (3) the media can improve students' understanding of concepts in the FPB and KPK materials based on the achievement of classical learning mastery which increased by 34.8%. http://repository.stkippacitan.ac.id Keywords: Learning Media, FPB and KPK, Concept Understanding
