Abstract

ABSTRAK Nur Hadi Santoso. Analisis Miskonsepsi Siswa Dalam Penyelesaian Soal Aritmatika Sosial Ditinjau Dari Kecerdasan Logis Matematis. Skripsi. Pacitan: STKIP PGRI Pacitan, 2020. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: 1) Miskonsepsi yang dialami siswa dalam menyelesaikan soal aritmatika sosial ditinjau dari kecerdasan logis matematis, 2) Faktor-faktor apa saja yang menyebabkan terjadinya miskonsepsi pada siswa dalam menyelesaikan soal aritmatika sosial ditinjau dari kecerdasan logis matematis. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif studi kasus dengan teknik pengumpulan data yaitu teknik tes dan wawancara. Pada penelitian ini pengambilan sampel yang digunakan yaitu purposive sampling. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VII D SMP N 3 Tulakan tahun ajaran 2019/2020 sebanyak 24 siswa. Instrumen yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah instrumen tes, dan wawancara. Sedangkan analisis data yang digunakan yaitu Miles dan Huberman. Berdasarkan penelitian ini diperoleh hasil bahwa: (1) Bentuk miskonsepsi yang dialami adalah siswa tidak memahami prosedur yang dipergunakan untuk menjawab soal sehingga mengalami miskonsepsi dasar; siswa mengalami miskonsepsi sistematis karena tidak dapat memahami konsep kunci untuk menetukan harga jual, harga jual setelah diberikan diskon, keuntungan dan persentase keuntungan, serta berat netto; siswa melakukan perhitungan akhir tetapi tidak melakukan perhitungan pada konsep yang telah ditentukan sebelumnya; siswa mengalami kesalahan perhitungan yang diakibatkan karena kurang teliti dalam melakukan perhitungan; Siswa merasa benar dengan jawaban yang ditulisnya akan tetapi hasilnya tidak benar tetapi memberikan skor CRI tinggi. (2) Faktor penyebab terjadinya miskonsepsi adalah siswa tidak memahami materi yang diberikan guru, siswa tidak cermat dan teliti dalam membaca perintah soal sehingga informasi yang didapat dalam soal tidak lengkap atau salah, siswa mencontek pekerjaan temannya dimana teman yang diconteknya mengalami miskonsepsi. This study aims to determine: 1) Misconceptions experienced by students in solving social arithmetic questions viewed from mathematical logical intelligence, 2) What factors cause misconceptions in students in solving social arithmetic questions viewed from mathematical logical intelligence. This research is a qualitative case study research with data collection techniques, namely test and interview techniques. In this study, the sampling used was purposive sampling. The subjects of this research were 24 students of class VII D SMP N 3 Tulakan in the 2019/2020 academic year. The instruments used in this study were test instruments and interviews. While the data analysis used was Miles and Huberman. Based on this research, it was found that: (1) The form of misconception experienced was that students did not understand the procedures used to answer question, so they had basic misconceptions; students had systematic misconceptions because they were unable to understand the key concepts for determining the selling price, selling price after being given a discount, profit and profit percentage, and net weight; students did the final calculation but did not do the calculation on a predetermined concept; students had calculation errors caused by careless in calculating; students felt right with the answers they wrote but the results were not correct but had a high CRI score. (2) The factors that cause misconceptions were students did not understand the material provided by the teacher, students were careless in reading the question commands, so that the information obtained in the questions was incomplete or wrong, students were cheating on their friends' work where they had misconceptions.
