Abstract

ABSTRAK Elly Nur Hayati. ETIKA LINGKUNGAN DALAM ANTOLOGI CERPEN EGO FRIENDLY KARYA TINA MANROE KAJIAN EKOKRITIK. Skripsi. Program Studi Pendidikan Bahasa dan Sastra Indonesia. STKIP PGRI Pacitan. 2023. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui etika lingkungan melalui penggambaran tokoh yang terdapat dalam antologi cerpen Ego Friendly. Selain itu, isu permasalahan lingkungan juga menjadi fokus dengan menggunakan teori ekokritik sastra yang terdapat dalam antologi cerpen Ego Friendly karya Tina Manroe. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kepustakaan yaitu penelitian yang berlandaskan pada sumber literatur seperti buku, majalah maupun karya sastra. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif, dengan subjek penelitian adalah antologi cerpen Ego Friendly karya Tina Manroe. Metode pengumpulan data terbagi atas dua tahapan yaitu teknik pustaka dan teknik simak dan catat. Analisis data menggunakan teknik hermeneutika atau hermeneutik. Hasil analisis data dapat diambil beberapa kesimpulan: pertama ditemukan sembilan poin mengenai etika lingkungan hidup yang digambarkan melalui tokoh dalam antologi cerpen Ego Friendly. Akan tetapi, terdapat beberapa bagian penting yang mendominasi agar manusia mampu berperilaku baik terhadap alam yaitu sikap hormat terhadap alam, prinsip tanggung jawab, dan solidaritas kosmis. Kedua, pada isu permasalahan lingkungan yang dikaji melalui teori ekokritik. Terdapat beberapa faktor dari manusia yang menyebabkan kerusakan alam, seperti rendahnya kesadaran dalam diri dan spiritualitas manusia. The study aims to know the ethical environment by depicting existing characters in the anthology short story Ego Friendly. Besides that, the issue of problem environment too focuses on the use theory of existing literary ecocriticism in the anthology short story Ego Friendly by Tina Manroe. Study this is study literature that is source-based research literature like books, magazines, or literary works. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative, with the subject study being the anthology short story Ego Friendly by Tina Manroe. The data collection method is divided into two stages: technique libraries and techniques watch and note. Data analysis uses the method of hermeneutics or hermeneutics. The results of data analysis can take several conclusions: first found, nine points about the ethical environment described life through figures in the anthology short story Ego Friendly. However, several essential parts dominate the human order capable of behaving well to nature: the attitude of respect for nature, the principle of not quite enough responsibility, and cosmic solidarity. Second, on the issue problem, the studied environment through the theory eco-critic. Several factors from humans cause damage to nature, like low awareness of self and human spirituality.
