Abstract
ABSTRAK Albi Iqsal Ardana. HUBUNGAN KEKUATAN OTOT LENGAN DAN KONSENTRASI TERHADAP SHOOTING THREE POINT DI GUNUNGLIMO BASKETBALL CLUB. Skripsi. Pacitan: STKIP PGRI Pacitan.2023. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kekuatan otot lengan dan konsentrasi terhadap shooting three point di Gununglimo Basketball Club. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian korelasional yang dilakukan untuk mengeahui ada atau tidaknya hubungan. Metode yang digunakan yaitu survei dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan tes dan pengukuran. Populasi penelitian ini sebanyak 50 orang atlet Gununglimo Basketball Club dan untuk sampel meggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan kriteria atlet laki-laki Gununglimo Basketball Club dengan usia 16-27 tahun. Maka jumlah sampel pada penelitian ada 25 atlet Gununglimo Basketbal. Instrumen yang digunakan yaitu push up, grid concentration dan three point shoot. Teknik pengumpulan data penelitian ini berupa observasi, tes dan pengukuran. Teknik analisis data penelitian ini menggunakan analisis statistika inferensian menggunakan uji normalitas dan uji hipotesis. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa; 1) adanya hubungan kekuatan otot lengan dengan shooting three point yang diperoleh signifikasi sebesar 0,016<0,05; 2) adanya hubungan konsentrasi dengan shooting three point yang diperoleh signifikasi sebesar 0,048<0,05; dan 3) adanya hubungan kekuatan otot lengan dan konsentrasi dengan shooting three point yang diperoleh signifikasi sebesar 0,039<0,05. Penelitian ini memberikan suatu gambaran dengan rinci bahwa kekuatan otot lengan dan konsentrasi berhubungan dengan shooting three point atlet di Gununglimo Basketball Club. Thesis. Pacitan: STKIP PGRI Pacitan.2023. This study aims to determine the relationship between arm muscle strength and concentration on three-point shooting at Gununglimo Basketball Club. This type of research is correlational research that conducted to determine the presence or absence of relationships. Data collection techniques were tests and measurements, while method used survey. The population of this study were 50 Gununglimo Basketball Club athletes. The sample used purposive sampling techniques with criteria of Gununglimo Basketball Club male athletes aged 16-27 years. So, the number of samples this study was 25 Gununglimo Basketbal athletes. The instruments were push up, grid concentration and three point shoots. This research data collection technique were observation, tests and measurements. The research data analysis technique used inferential statistical analysis using normality tests and hypothesis tests. The results of this study showed that; 1) the relationship between arm muscle strength and three-point shooting obtained a significance of 0.016<0.05; 2) there was a concentration relationship with three-point shooting obtained signification of 0.048<0.05; and 3) the relationship between arm muscle strength and concentration with three-point shooting obtained a significance of 0.039<0.05. This study provided a detailed picture that arm muscle strength and concentration are related with shooting three-point athletes at Gununglimo Basketball Club.
