Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya perbedaan pengaruh kecemasan matematis terhadap hasil belajar matematika, ada tidaknya perbedaan pengaruh gender terhadap hasil belajar matematika, dan ada tidaknya interaksi antara kecemasan matematis dan gender terhadap hasil belajar matematika peserta didik. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian ex post facto dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode angket dan tes. Sampel penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 1 Kebonagung tahun pelajaran 2019/2020 dengan teknik random sampling dengan teknik pengambilan menggunakan rumus Slovin. Metode pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode dokumentasi dan metode angket. Instrumen yang digunakan pada penelitian yaitu angket kecemasan matematis. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat perbedaan pengaruh tingkat kecemasan matematis terhadap hasil belajar matematika, tidak terdapat perbedaan pengaruh gender terhadap hasil belajar matematika, dan tidak terdapat interaksi antara kecemasan matematis dan gender terhadap hasil belajar matematika. The purpose of this study is to determine whether or not there is a difference in the influence of mathematical anxiety on mathematics learning outcomes, there is a difference in the influence of gender on mathematics learning outcomes, there is an interaction between mathematical anxiety and gender on mathematics learning outcomes of students. This research is an ex-post facto research with a quantitative approach. Futher, the data collection techniques were questionnaires and tests. The sample of this research was VII grade students of SMP Negeri 1 Kebonagung in the academic year 2019/2020 with random sampling technique using Slovin formula. More over, the data collection method in this study used the documentation method and the questionnaire method. The instrument used in the study was a mathematical anxiety questionnaire. The results of data analysis showed that there was no difference influence of mathematical anxiety level towards learning outcomes, there was no difference in the effect of gender on mathematics learning outcomes, and there was no interaction between mathematical anxiety and gender towards mathematics learning outcomes.
