Abstract

This study aims to determine: 1) The relationship between emotional intelligence towards students’ mathematics learning outcomes; 2) The relationship between resilience towards students’ mathematics learning outcomes; 3) The relationship between emotional intelligence and resilience toward students' mathematics learning outcomes. This research is a correlation study using the Product Moment research design. The sample in this study were 28 students of MA Negeri Pacitan. Data collection techniques were obtained from tests and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is the product moment correlation analysis. The analysis technique uses the help of the SPSS version 16.0 program. The results of the data analysis can be concluded that: 1) There is no relationship between emotional intelligence towards mathematics learning outcomes of class X Mipa MA Negeri Pacitan. It is seen a correlation coefficient of 0.162 being at vulnerable low correlation; 2) intervalsThere is no relationship between resilience to the mathematics learning outcomes of classX MIPA MA Negeri Pacitan. It is shown that the correlation coefficient of 0.187 is vulnerable to low correlation intervals; 3) There is no relationship between emotional intelligence and resilience on mathematics learning outcomes of class X Mip a MA Negeri Pacitan. Shown by the R square determination coefficient of 0.035 which means that the variable resilience and emotional intelligence affect student mathematics learning outcomes by 3.5% and 96.5% student mathematics learning outcomes influenced by other factors
