Abstract
Brama Richo Al Vareza, Learning English Vocabulary Through the Wordwall Website: A Case Study to the Fifth Class Students of SD Negeri 2 Borang, Arjosari Academic Year 2023/2024. Thesis. Pacitan: STKIP PGRI Pacitan, 2024. The research aimed to 1) determine the motivation of students in learning English through the Wordwall website, 2) find out the strategies used by teachers in employing interactive learning media on the Wordwall website to motivate students to learn English, and 3) uncover the difficulties experienced by students in using the Wordwall website. In the context of English language learning at SD Negeri 2 Borang, Arjosari, in the 2023/2024 academic year, it is important to consider the significance of motivating students to use appropriate learning media to acquire skills in English. This study was a case study. The researcher acted as an observer in the classroom to analyze the learning process between the teacher and students, aiming to identify the strengths and weaknesses that occurred during the learning process. Data collection involved observation, interviews, and documentation as research techniques to gather data. The data in this study were obtained from observations and interviews and then analyzed descriptively and qualitatively. The findings showed that 1) the teacher did not experience difficulties in operating the Wordwall website and there were no significant issues when it was tested with students. 2) The questions could be answered by the teacher according to the conditions and experiences.
