Abstract
Abstract This research aims to build a pustu profile website as an information medium about the Tremas Village Auxiliary Health Center so that the community can see developments around the Pustu programs and activities of the Tremas Village Auxiliary Health Center. This research is a research that uses the R&D (Research and Development) waterffall model (Planning, Analysis, Design, Implementation, Maintenance). The subjects of this study are 1 head of the auxiliary health center and 15 residents of Temas Village. The data collection method was obtained from observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis technique using the help of the Likert scale formula The results of the data analysis concluded that: the website-based healthy home information system is in the feasible category, this is based on the results of the assessment of media expert validators that the website is suitable for use. The feasibility level of the Website-based information system is included in the very feasible category, this is based on the results of the trial with a percentage acquisition of 73,33%. The next development suggestion should be to develop a website such as adding features to the system so that it is easy to operate the system. Keywords: Information Systems, Websites, Auxiliary Health Centers, Pacitan Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membangun website profil pustu sebagai media informasi tentang Puskesmas Pembantu Desa Tremas agar masyarakat dapat melihat perkembangan seputar program-program pustu dan kegiatan-kegiatan Puskesmas Pembantu Desa Tremas. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian yang menggunakan metode R&D (Research and Development) model waterffall (Perencanaan, Analisis, Perancangan, Implementasi, Pemerliharaan). Subjek penelitian ini adalah 1 kepala puskesmas pembantu dan 15 warga Desa Tremas. Metode pengumpulan datanya diperoleh dari Observasi, wawancara, angket dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan bantuan rumus skala likert Hasil analisis data menyimpulkan bahwa: sistem informasi rumah sehat berbasis Website masuk dalam kategori layak, hal ini berdasarkan hasil penilaian validator ahli media bahwa website layak digunakan. Tingkat kelayakan sistem informasi berbasis Website masuk dalam kategori sangat layak, hal ini berdasarkan hasil uji coba dengan perolehan presentase mencapai 73,33%. Saran pengembangan selanjutnya sebaiknya mengembangkan website seperti penambahan fitur pada sistem sehingga mudah dalam pengoperasian sistem.
