Abstract
ABSTRAK SKRIPSI SISTEM E-VOTING BERBASIS WEBSITE PEMILIHAN KETUA OSIS DI SMKN 1 PACITAN ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini adalah 1) mendeskripsikan penerapan sistem pemilihan elektronik (E-Voting) berbasis web di SMKN 1 Pacitan, 2) mengetahui tingkat keberhasilan dan tingkat kelayakan sistem pemilihan elektronik (E-Voting) untuk proses Pemilihan Ketua OSIS, 3) untuk mengetahui sejauh mana sistem Elektronic voting (E-voting) berbasis web mampu mempercepat proses Pemilihan Ketua Osis. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Research and Development (R&D). Sampel penelitian sebanyak 30 siswa SMKN 1 Pacitan. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, dan angket. Terdapat delapan pertanyaan dalam angket. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan mempertimbangkan hasil masukan dan hasil uji validasi angket dari para ahli, yaitu ahli media dan ahli materi. Berdasarkan hasil menunjukkan bahwa (1) system E-Voting pemilihan ketua OSIS berbasis website telah digunakan di SMKN 1 Pacitan; (2) Tingkat efektivitas E-Voting sangat tinggi untuk mempercepat proses Pemilihan Ketua OSIS dan mempermudah rekapitulasi suara yang di perolah dari hasil angket; (3) Tingkat kelayakan sistem E-Voting telah memenuhi standar kelayakan berdasarkan hasil penguji ahli sistem informasi. Kata kunci: e-voting, website, pemilihan, Ketua OSIS THE WEBSITE-BASED E-VOTING SYSTEM FOR OSIS CHAIRMAN ELECTION AT SMKN 1 PACITAN ABSTRACT The aims of this research are: 1) to describe the implementation of the web-based electronic voting system (E-voting) at SMKN 1 Pacitan. 2) To determine the level of success and feasibility of the electronic voting system (E-voting) for the OSIS Chair Election process. 3) To find out how far the web-based electronic voting (E-voting) system can speed up the process of selecting the Student Council Chairman. This type of research is research and development (R&D). The research sample was 30 students of SMKN 1 Pacitan. The research instruments used were observation, interviews, and questionnaires. There are eight questions in the questionnaire. Data collection was the input and questionnaire validation test results from media and material experts. Based on the results, it shows that (1) the website-based E-Voting system for selecting the OSIS chairman has been used at SMKN 1 Pacitan; (2) the level of effectiveness of E-Voting is very high in speeding up the process of selecting the OSIS chair and making it easier to recapitulate the votes obtained from the questionnaire results. (3) The feasibility level of the e-voting system has met the eligibility standards based on the results of information system expert examiners. Keywords: e-voting, website, election, OSIS Chairman
