Abstract
ABSTRAK Argin Nisa Bela Giferani. STRATEGI DAN PERAN GURU DALAM IMPLEMENTASI PROGRAM SEKOLAH RAMAH ANAK DI SD NEGERI 1 PRINGKUKU. Skripsi. Pacitan: STKIP PGRI Pacitan, 2024. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1) mendeskripsikan tentang bagaimana strategi dalam implementasi program Sekolah Ramah Anak di SD Negeri 1 Pringkuku; 2) mendeskripsikan tentang bagaimana peran guru dalam implementasi program Sekolah Ramah Anak di SD Negeri 1 Pringkuku. Peneliti menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Sumber data penelitian adalah guru kelas I-VI SD Negeri 1 Pringkuku. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Teknik keabsahan data menggunakan uji kredibilitas data melalui triangulasi sumber dan teknik. Analisis data dilakukan dengan cara mereduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1) strategi guru dalam implementasi Sekolah Ramah Anak di SD Negeri 1 Pringkuku telah berjalan sesuai aspek dan indikator, mencakup pencegahan kekerasan seksual, pencegahan bullying, dan penciptaan lingkungan belajar yang kondusif. Beberapa indikator seperti penjadwalan rutin edukasi dan optimalisasi ruang kelas perlu pengembangan; 2) peran guru di SD Negeri 1 Pringkuku dalam aspek pengajar, pendidik, pembimbing, dan pelatih telah dilaksanakan dengan sangat baik. Sebagai pengajar, guru menunjukkan komitmen menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang mendukung perkembangan kognitif, moral, emosional, dan sosial. Sebagai pendidik, guru memahami keberagaman siswa dan menyesuaikan metode pengajaran dengan kebutuhan individu melalui pendekatan diferensiasi. Sebagai pembimbing, guru membantu siswa mengatasi masalah perilaku dengan pendekatan positif. Sebagai pelatih guru mendorong kreativitas dan inovasi melalui kegiatan ekstrakurikuler, mengembangkan keterampilan berpikir kritis dan pemecahan masalah, serta mendukung pengembangan proyek siswa. Thesis. Pacitan: STKIP PGRI Pacitan, 2024. This study aims to: 1) describe the strategies for implementing the Child-Friendly School program at SD Negeri 1 Pringkuku; 2) describe the role of teachers in the implementation of the Child-Friendly School program at SD Negeri 1 Pringkuku. Researcher used descriptive qualitative research with a case study approach. The sources of research data were the class I-VI teacher at SD Negeri 1 Pringkuku. Data collection used interview, observation, and documentation techniques. The data validity technique used data credibility testing through triangulation of sources and techniques. Data analysis was carried out by reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. The results of this research showed that: 1) the teacher's strategy in implementing Child Friendly Schools at SD Negeri 1 Pringkuku has been running according to aspects and indicators, including preventing sexual violence, preventing bullying, and creating a conducive learning environment. Several indicators, such as routine educational scheduling and optimization of classroom development; 2) the role of teachers at SD Negeri 1 Pringkuku in the aspect of teacher, educator, guide, and trainer has been carried out very well. As educators, teachers demonstrate a commitment to creating a learning environment that supports cognitive, moral, emotional, and social development. As educators, teachers understand the diversity of students and adapt teaching methods to individual needs through a differentiation approach. As mentors, teachers help students overcome behavioral problems with a positive approach. As a teacher trainer, it encourages creativity and innovation through extracurricular activities, develops critical thinking, problem solving skills, and supports students in project development. .
