Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk 1) Mendeskripsikan sejarah perkembangan aspek historis dan makna aspek filosofis yang ada dalam Tari Sekar Klayar di Kabupaten Pacitan Jawa Timur. 2) mendeskripsikan aktivitas etnomatematika pada gerak tari dan pola lantai pada Tari Sekar Klayar, 3) Mendeskripisikan konsep matematika yang terdapat pada Tari Sekar Klayar dan mengembangkan soal kontekstual dalam pembelajaran matematika tingkat SMA. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek pada penelitian ini terdiri dari Pemilik Sanggar Gage Penariku sekaligus pelatih tari dan dua penari tari Sekar Klayar. Peneliti melakukan wawancara, observasi serta mengumpulkan dokumentasi dalam mengumpulkan data penelitian. Teknik analisis yang dilakukan peneliti meliputi catatan lapangan, mengumpulkan, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah (1) mengungkapkan histori tari Sekar Klayar yang merupakan tari kreasi yang tercipta pada tahun 2017. Filosofi mendalam mengenai tari Sekar Klayar adalah gadis-gadis pesisir pantai Klayar yang mempunyai sisi lemah lembut, sisi keanggunan, sisi keindahan namun didalam diri juga memiliki sisi kekuatan yang ingin mengubah diri untuk menjadi yang lebih baik terutama dalam bidang pendidikan. (2) aspek matematis yang ditemukan dalam tari Sekar Klayar menurut Bishop di antaranya adalah aktivitas: a) Counting, b) Locating, c) Measuring, d) Designing, dan e) Playing. (3) Topik-topik matematika yang dibuat menjadi kontekstual meliputi materi ; Matriks dan Operasinya (Operasi Penjumlahan) dan Transformasi Geometri (Translasi, Rotasi, Refleksi). Kata Kunci : Etnomatematika. Seni Tari Kreasi, Tari Sekar Klayar ABSTRACT The purposes of this study were 1) to describe the history (historical aspects) and meaning (philosophical aspects) of Sekar Klayar Dance in Pacitan Regency, East Java. 2) to describe the ethnomathematical activities in dance movements and floor patterns in the Sekar Klayar Dance, 3) to describe the mathematical aspects in the Sekar Klayar dance and develop the contextual questions in high school mathematics learning. This research applied a qualitative descriptive study. The subjects in this study consisted of the owner of the Gage Penariku Studio as well as a dance trainer and two Sekar Klyar dancers. Researchers conducted interviews, observations and collected documentation in collecting research data. The analysis technique carried out by the researcher included field notes, collecting, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study (1) revealed the history of the Sekar Klayar, a dance created in 2017. The deep philosophy of the Sekar Klayar dance is that Klayar beach girls who have a gentle , elegance, beauty character, but inside themselves, they also have a side of strength that they wants to change to be better, especially in the field of education. (2) the mathematical aspects found in the Sekar Klayar dance according to Bishop included the activities of a) Counting, b) Locating, c) Measuring, d) Designing, e) Playing. (3) The mathematical topics that were made contextually included material: Matrices, The Operations (Addition Operations) and Geometric Transformations (Translation, Rotation, Reflection).
