Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengelolaan sistem informasi, tingkat ketertiban dalam sirkulasi pelayanan, dan mengetahui besarnya pengaruh sistem informasi perpustakaan terhadap sirkulasi pelayanan di perpustakaan SMK Negeri 1 Pacitan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian mix method dengan pendekatan sequential exploratory, yaitu mengumpulkan dan menganalisis data kualitatif kemudian dianalisis menggunakan data kuantitatif. Penggabungan data ini biasanya didasarkan pada hasil yang telah diperoleh sebelumnya dari tahap pertama. Prioritas utama pada tahap ini lebih ditekankan pada tahap pertama, dan proses penggabungan diantara keduanya terjadi ketika peneliti menghubungkan antara analisis data kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data kuantitatif. Subjek penelitiannya adalah pustakawan SMKN 1 Pacitan sebanyak 5 orang dan selain itu peneliti juga melibatkan 30 siswa dan 10 guru sebagai responden terkait dengan pelayanan di perpustakaan SMKN 1 Pacitan. Metode pengumpulan datanya diperoleh dari observasi, dokumentasi, wawancara, dan angket. Teknis analisis datanya menggunakan MS. Excel. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Pengelolaan sistem informasi perpustakaan di SMKN 1 Pacitan sudah berjalan dengan baik dan dikelola oleh orang yang ahli dalam bidangnya. 2) Kegiatan sirkulasi pelayanan (aktivitas meminjam, mengembalikan, dan melakukan perpanjangan) di Perpustakaan SMKN 1 Pacitan berjalan dengan tertib dibuktikan dengan hasil angket/kuesioner penelitian. 3) Pengaruh sistem informasi perpustakaan terhadap ketertiban pelayanan sirkulasi di SMKN 1 Pacitan terjawab dengan hasil penelitian terhadap responden sebesar 100% dari indikator layanan sirkulasi dan 87,5% dari indikator pelayanan. Kata kunci: Pengelolaan, ketertiban, pelayanan ABSTRACT This study aims to determine how the management of information systems, the level of order in the circulation of services, and determine the magnitude of the influence of the library information system on the circulation of services in the library of SMK Negeri 1 Pacitan. This research is a mix method research with a sequential exploratory approach, which collects and analyzes qualitative data and then analyzes it using quantitative data. This data collection is usually based on the results that have been obtained previously from the first stage. The main priority at this stage is more emphasized in the first stage, and the merging process between the two occurs when the researcher connects qualitative data analysis with quantitative data collection. The research subject was 5 librarians of SMKN 1 Pacitan. In addition, the researcher also involved 30 students and 10 teachers as respondents in term of services in the library of SMKN 1 Pacitan. The data collection method was obtained from observation, documentation, interviews, and questionnaires. Technical analysis of the data using MS. Excel. The results of this study indicate that: 1) The management of the library information system at SMKN 1 Pacitan has been running well and is managed by people who are experts in their fields. 2) Service circulation activities (borrowing, returning, and extending activities) in the Library of SMKN 1 Pacitan run in an orderly manner as evidenced by the results of research questionnaires. 3) The influence of the library information system on the orderliness of circulation services at SMKN 1 Pacitan is answered by the results of research on respondents of 100% of circulation service indicators and 87.5% of service indicators.
