Abstract
ABSTRAK SKRIPSI ABSTRAK Bagas Ikshan Nudin. Analisis dan Pengembangan Sistem Manajemen Pelayanan Kesehatan Puskesmas Punung Berbasis Website : Skripsi Program studi Pendidikan informatika STKIP PGRI PACITAN Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mengembangkan informasi pelayanan puskesmas punung serta meningkatkan informasi untuk masyarakat yang ingin berkunjung ke puskesmas punung. Jenis penelitian kali ini menggunakan metode penelitian Research and Development ( R&D ) dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara, angket, dan dokumentasi. Responden penelitian ini terdiri dari 10 orang masyarakat yang berada di puskesmas Punung. Metode pengumpulan data diperoleh dari observasi, kuisioner dan wawancara. Keabsahan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan trigulasi teknik. Hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan sudah berhasil membuat website Puskesmas Punung untuk diterapkan sebagai pengganti website yang lama. Website memberikan platform untuk komunikasi yang lebih baik antara puskesmas dan pasien, seperti jadwal layanan, pengumuman kesehatan yang dikembangkan dapat terintegrasi dengan sistem manajemen yang ada di puskesmas. website yang dibuat sangat layak karena sudah memenuhi standart kelayakan yang diuji oleh ahli sistem informatika dan masyarakat umum yang sudah mengakses web puskesmas punung yang baru dengan presentase 80% cukup baik . dengan adanya sistem Informasi berbasis website maka, pihak puskesmas dapat meningkatkan pelayanan kesehatan kepada masyarakat secara efektif, dan efisien serta bagi pihak masyarakat / pengunjung website dapat dengan mudah mengakses informasi tentang layanan puskesmas. This type of research uses the Research and Development (R&D) research method with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. The respondents for this research consisted of 10 people from the community at the Punung Community Health Center. Data collection methods were obtained from observation, questionnaires and interviews. The validity of the data in this research uses triangulation techniques. The results of the research that has been carried out have succeeded in creating the Punung Community Health Center website to be implemented as a replacement for the old website. The website provides a platform for better communication between the community health center and patients, such as service schedules, health announcements that can be developed to be integrated with the existing management system at the community health center. The website created is very feasible because it meets the feasibility standards tested by information systems experts and the general public who have accessed the new Punung Community Health Center website with a percentage of 80% which is quite good. With the existence of a website-based information system, the community health center can improve health services to the community effectively and efficiently and the community / website visitors can easily access information about community health center services.
