Abstract

ABSTRAK Diah Retno Handayani. STUDI PENERAPAN PEMBELAJARAN AKSARA JAWA PADA MATA PELAJARAN BAHASA JAWA DI KELAS V SD NEGERI BOLOSINGO. Skripsi. Program Studi Pendidikan Guru Sekolah Dasar. STKIP PGRI Pacitan, 2024. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mendeskripsikan penerapan pembelajaran aksara Jawa, (2) menganalisa kemampuan membaca dan menulis aksara Jawa, (3) mengidentifikasikan kendala dalam penerapan pembelajaran aksara Jawa pada pada mata pelajaran Bahasa Jawa di kelas V SD Negeri Bolosingo. Peneliti menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi etnografi. Sumber data penelitian adalah siswa kelas V dan guru kelas V SD Negeri Bolosingo. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara, tes, dan dokumentasi. Teknik keabsahan data menggunakan uji kredibilitas dan uji dependabilitas melalui triangulasi sumber, teknik, dan waktu. Analisis data dilakukan dengan cara mereduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Proses penerapan pembelajaran aksara Jawa di kelas V SD Negeri Bolosingo telah berjalan sesuai perencanaan, dengan lingkungan belajar yang efektif, penggunaan berbagai metode dan media pembelajaran, serta strategi pengajaran yang adaptif, sehingga berhasil meningkatkan partisipasi siswa; 2) Kemampuan siswa kelas V SD Negeri Bolosingo dalam membaca aksara Jawa telah berkembang sesuai indikator, dengan penguasaan komponen aksara melalui penggunaan alat bantu visual dan teknik pembelajaran interaktif, guru membantu siswa mencapai kriteria ketuntasan minimal; 3) Kendala dalam penerapan pembelajaran aksara Jawa di SD Negeri Bolosingo mencakup kesulitan siswa dalam membedakan huruf, membaca dan menulis aksara legena, pasangan, dan sandhangan dalam paragraf, serta kurangnya kemahiran guru. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menambah dan melengkapi referensi bagi peneliti berikutnya. Kata Kunci: Pembelajaran, Bahasa Jawa, Aksara Jawa   ABSTRACT Diah Retno Handayani. STUDY OF THE APPLICATION OF JAVANESE SCRIPT LEARNING IN JAVANESE LANGUAGE SUBJECTS IN GRADE V OF BOLOSINGO PUBLIC ELEMENTARY SCHOOL. Thesis. Primary School Teacher Education Study Program. STKIP PGRI Pacitan, 2024. This study aims to (1) describe the application of Javanese script learning, (2) analyze the ability to read and write Javanese script, (3) identify obstacles in the application of Javanese script learning in Javanese language subjects in grade V of Bolosingo State Elementary School. The researcher used qualitative research with an ethnographic study approach. The data sources were fifth grade students and fifth grade teachers of SD Negeri Bolosingo. Data collection used observation, interview, test, and documentation techniques. Data validity techniques used credibility and dependability tests through triangulation of sources, techniques, and time. Data analysis was done by reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study show that: 1) The process of implementing Javanese script learning in grade V of Bolosingo State Elementary School has been running according to plan, with an effective learning environment, the use of various learning methods and media, as well as adaptive teaching strategies, thus successfully increasing student participation; 2) The ability of grade V students of SD Negeri Bolosingo in reading Javanese script has developed according to the indicators, with mastery of script components through the use of visual aids and interactive learning techniques, teachers help students achieve the minimum completion criteria; 3) Constraints in the implementation of Javanese script learning at SD Negeri Bolosingo include students' difficulties in distinguishing letters, reading and writing legena script, pairs, and sandhangan in paragraphs, and lack of teacher proficiency.
