Abstract

Wahid Hadi Prayoga. Survei Kebugaran Jasmani Kegiatan Olahraga di Alun-alun Pacitan Pada Tahun 2022 Usia 16-19 Tahun Pada Club atau Komunitas Olahraga. Skripsi. Pacitan: STKIP PGRI Pacitan, 2022. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar tingkat kebugaran jasmani yang dimiliki para anggota club olahraga maupun masyarakat umum di Alun-Alun Pacitan dengan rentang usia 16-19 tahun. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif menuturkan dan menafsirkan data yang berkenaan dengan situasi yang terjadi dan dialami sekarang, sikap dan pandangan yang menggejala saat sekarang, hubungan antara variabel, pertentangan dua kondisi atau lebih, pengaruh terhadap suatu kondisi, perbedaan antar fakta, dan lain-lain. Hasil perhitungan data, diperoleh hasil rata- rata kebugaran jasmani anggota putra club olahraga maupun masyarakat umum di Alun-Alun Pacitan dengan rentang usia 16-19 tahun dari 9 orang putra dengan nilai 18,55 poin dan termasuk dalam kategori baik. Hasil perhitungan data, diperoleh hasil rata-rata kebugaran jasmani anggota putri club olahraga maupun masyarakat umum di Alun-Alun Pacitan dengan rentang usia 16-19 tahun dari 9 orang dengan nilai 12,77 poin dan termasuk dalam kategori kurang. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan perhitungan data yang telah dilakukan, maka dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa tingkat kebugaran jasmani anggota club olahraga maupun masyarakat umum di Alun-Alun Pacitan dengan rentang usia 16-19 tahun baik putra dan putri termasuk dalam kategori sedang. This study aimed to determine the level of physical fitness possessed by members of sports clubs and the general public in Pacitan Square with an age range of 16-19 years. This research method used descriptive quantitative research methods. This quantitative descriptive research described and interpreted the data related to situations that are happening and experienced now, attitudes and views that are currently symptomatic, relationships between variables, contradictions of two or more conditions, influence on a condition, differences between facts, and so on. The results of data calculations obtained the average physical fitness of members of the male sports club and the general public in Pacitan Square with an age range of 16-19 years from 9 boys with a value of 18.55 points that included in the good category. The results of the calculation of the data, obtained the average physical fitness of female members of sports clubs and the general public in Pacitan Square with an age range of 16-19 years from 9 people with a value of 12.77 points that included in the less category. Based on the results of research and data calculations that have been carried out, it can be concluded that the level of physical fitness of members of sports clubs and the general public in Pacitan Square with an age range of 16-19 years, both boys and girls were in the moderate category.
